Three basic swimming skills that you must know

I believe everyone knows that the benefit of swimming is that it can help consume excess body fat. In fact, regular swimming can also improve the body's lung capacity and enhance resistance. Many beginners don't know how to learn to swim, so today I will introduce some swimming skills and other basic common sense. If you are interested, let's take a look. Many people think that learning to swim is difficult. In fact, you can easily swim in the water by mastering basic swimming skills. We will share three skills that beginners must know.

1. Breathing

Breathing in water is mainly divided into holding your breath and exhaling. If you master how to hold your breath and exhale properly, you will not be afraid of flooding. Inhale, bow your head, swing your arms when exhaling, then stroke your hands forward, when kicking your legs, jump your body out of the water, inhale, and bow your head again. cycle back and forth. The pressure of water is greater than that of air, so it is not as easy to hold and exhale in water as it is on land. It is better to practice on land first and get used to it first. The longer you hold your breath and exhale, the more helpful other actions will be afterward. Remember not to spit out the breath immediately after inhaling it.

2. Balance

The water balance I am talking about means that people should maintain a streamlined body in the water, that is, the "one" shape. If you swim in a "dog planer" or something like that, it's not very suitable. If a handsome girl wants to attract attention in the swimming pool, it is better to learn the standard posture, so it is very necessary to master the balance in the water. Everyone knows that the human body has weight. There is a center of gravity in the lower abdominal cavity. When a person is in the water, the water will have buoyancy on the person. This buoyancy also has a center, so let's call it the center of buoyancy. So where is this center of buoyancy? Think about it, where is the air in the human body? Yes, the lungs. The lungs in the human body are like the "fish fat" in the belly of a fish, and the center of float of a person is in the chest cavity.

3. Relax

The relaxation during swimming is not really relaxation, but actually moderate tension. What tension is relaxation? Was it wrong? Absolutely not. Let's first clarify what moderate tension is. In normal standing, sitting, and walking, there is a certain amount of effort. This effort is moderate tension. Relaxation when swimming is to reduce the effort as much as possible under the premise of moderate tension or moderate effort. So how to determine this degree? To understand this degree, we must first understand how to exert force? There are two kinds of forces, one is static force. This force does not change shape; the other is power. This force will cause the body to change. For example, powerlifters use power to lift the barbell, and static force is used to maintain the posture after lifting the barbell; and the weight of the barbell is the degree of force. So this degree is a small effort to maintain a certain body posture. When swimming, keep the body streamlined, that is, the body is moderately tense into a "one" shape. On this basis, plus arm and leg movements, it becomes breaststroke and freestyle.
